How can I track my order?
At Sunshine Soldier, we understand the excitement of awaiting your little one's new outfit. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
What if I change my mind or buy the wrong size?
Please choose your children's wear carefully. Kids grow fast and sizes vary, we do want you to keep shining and we will accommodate reasonable requests where possible but this will be at Sunshine Soldiers discretion. Return shipping will be the purchasers responsibility under most circumstances.
What is your returns policy?
We want you and your little ones to love their new clothes! You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if an item you bought from us is unsafe, significantly different from its description, photo, or breaks immediately due to poor manufacturing. you have the right to choose between a full refund or a replacement.
If the problem is small (a missing button, loose thread, etc.) and can be easily fixed, we will repair it, replace it, or refund it at our discretion within a reasonable timeframe.
